Refund and Return Policy


Thanks for purchasing our products at operated by FON & TKOON Jewellery/ In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 14 calendar days of your purchase. Returns are eligible only if;

  • The Item has not been worn and does not show any signs of use including scratches, dents, stains, or any other flaws.
  • Your return parcel includes all original items
  • The product is damaged
  • The product doesn’t include precious stones, refunds are only for the semi-precious stone items.


Buyer pays return postage. We suggest that you send your item via an insured, traceable shipping method. Fon&Tkoon Jewellery does not take responsibility for loss or damage of items in transit.


After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund within 3-5 business days. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
